Legal and Compliance

This Legal and Compliance section provides information regarding the policies, contractual terms, and regulatory disclosures governing the use of the digital ordering platform operated under the brand name AZTOZA, which is owned and managed by TUNELINK NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 22/75, Nainiappan Street, Chennai, Chennai G.P.O., Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600001, India. The AZTOZA platform is designed primarily for business-to-business commercial transactions, enabling authorized business clients, distributors, dealers, resellers, and corporate buyers to place orders for electronic devices and electronic peripherals supplied by the Company.

By accessing or using the AZTOZA platform, registered clients acknowledge that they are entering into commercial transactions with TUNELINK NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED and agree to comply with the policies and contractual terms governing the platform. These policies collectively define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and its registered business clients in relation to platform access, order processing, delivery of goods, payment obligations, data privacy, and dispute resolution.

The policies published in this Legal and Compliance section apply to all orders, transactions, and platform interactions unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement executed between the Company and a client. Clients are advised to review these policies carefully before placing orders or conducting transactions through the AZTOZA platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the applicable policies and any updates made to them.

The Terms and Conditions policy establishes the general contractual framework governing the use of the AZTOZA platform. It defines eligibility requirements for business clients, rules for account registration and platform access, acceptable use of the system, intellectual property rights associated with the platform, limitations of liability, and the legal jurisdiction governing platform usage.

The Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, processes, stores, and protects business and technical information obtained through the platform. This policy explains how client account details, transaction data, and system usage information may be used for operational purposes such as order processing, logistics coordination, regulatory compliance, security monitoring, and platform improvements.

The Delivery and Shipping Policy outlines the procedures relating to order processing, shipment of goods, logistics coordination, delivery confirmation, and transfer of risk associated with delivery of electronic products ordered through the platform. This policy also describes responsibilities of clients regarding accurate delivery information, inspection of shipments upon receipt, and reporting of transit damage or discrepancies.

The Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy defines the circumstances under which orders may be cancelled, goods may be returned, defective products may be replaced, or refunds may be issued in relation to commercial orders placed through the AZTOZA platform. Because the platform operates as a business-to-business ordering system, return and refund provisions are governed by commercial supply principles rather than retail consumer policies.

The Commercial Sales Terms and Payment Terms Policy establishes the financial and invoicing framework applicable to transactions conducted through the platform. This policy defines pricing structures, GST invoicing requirements, payment deadlines, credit period terms where applicable, interest on delayed payments, and ownership of goods until full payment of invoices has been received.

The Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Policy provides a structured mechanism through which registered clients may submit complaints, operational concerns, or transaction-related disputes for review by the Company. The Company is committed to reviewing and addressing grievances through fair and transparent procedures and encourages resolution through good-faith discussion and commercial negotiation.

All policies contained within this Legal and Compliance section may be updated periodically in order to reflect operational changes, regulatory developments, improvements in platform services, or changes in applicable laws. Updated versions of policies shall become effective upon publication on the AZTOZA platform. Clients are responsible for reviewing the policies periodically to remain informed of applicable terms.

Any disputes arising from the use of the AZTOZA platform, purchase orders placed through the system, or commercial transactions conducted with TUNELINK NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED shall be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

For any legal inquiries, policy clarifications, or grievance submissions, clients may contact TUNELINK NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED through the official communication channels available on the AZTOZA platform or by sending an email to contact@aztoza.in.
